How to create your shop in the Zorarte marketplace

By following these steps, you'll be able to set up and successfully run your shop on the Zorarte marketplace.

Step 1: Register as a seller

  1. Visit the Zorarte Marketplace Website: Go to the official Zorarte marketplace website.
  2. Go to Main Menu: Find and click the "Sell on Zorarte Marketplace" menu, usually located at the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Fill Out the Vendor Membership Form: Provide the required information.
  4. Verify Your Email: Check your email for a verification link from Zorarte. Click on the link to verify your account.

Step 2: Set Up Your Profile

  1. Log In to Your Account: Use your registered email and password to log in.
  2. Complete Your Profile: Go to your profile settings and fill out additional details such as your address, phone number, and profile picture.
  3. Add a Payment Method: Set up your preferred payment method for receiving payments from sales.

Step 3: Create Your Shop

  1. Navigate to 'Create Shop': Find the option to create a shop, usually located in your account dashboard or settings.
  2. Choose a Shop Name: Select a unique and catchy name for your shop. Ensure it reflects your brand and the type of products you will sell.
  3. Add a Shop Logo and Banner: Upload a logo and banner image for your shop to make it visually appealing.

Step 4: Add Products

  1. Go to Your Shop Dashboard: Access the dashboard for your newly created shop.
  2. Click on 'Add Product': Find and click the "Add Product" button.
  3. Fill Out Product Details: Enter detailed information about your product, including:
    • Product title
    • Description
    • Price
    • Category
    • Keywords/tags
    • Stock quantity
  4. Upload High-Quality Images: Add high-quality images of your product from multiple angles.
  5. Set Shipping Options: Define shipping options and rates for your products.

Step 5: Configure Shop Policies

  1. Return Policy: Clearly outline your return and refund policy.
  2. Shipping Policy: Provide details on your shipping process, delivery times, and costs.
  3. Privacy Policy: Ensure you have a privacy policy that complies with regulations.

Step 6: Review and Publish Your Shop

  1. Review All Information: Double-check all the information you have entered for accuracy.
  2. Submit for Approval: If required, submit your shop for review and approval by Zorarte.
  3. Publish Your Shop: Once approved, publish your shop to make it live on the marketplace.

Step 7: Promote Your Shop

  1. Share on Social Media: Promote your shop on social media platforms to attract customers.
  2. Email Marketing: Use email marketing to reach out to potential customers.
  3. Engage with Customers: Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.

Step 8: Manage Your Shop

  1. Monitor Sales: Regularly check your sales and performance through the shop dashboard.
  2. Update Inventory: Keep your inventory updated to avoid overselling.
